Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and systems applications.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and interpretive skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret technical documents, procedure manuals, schematics, and safety rules.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members to impact operations positively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and common sense in executing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee production activities, ensuring quality products are consistently produced and operational goals are met.
• Lead improvements and drive continuous improvement with the Operations Director and teams.
• Direct production to assure on-time production and delivery.
• Train employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency.
• Maintain quality standards and safety practices.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate employees while maintaining high morale.
• Ensure accuracy of required reports and records; manage absenteeism and waste.
• Communicate with office staff and translate information between teams.
• Plan actions, set priorities, and complete projects assigned by the Director of Operations.
