Ultium Cells LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor for night shift to lead quality labs in a high-tech battery cell manufacturing environment. You will ensure battery cell quality, drive continuous improvement, and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and ability to work a 12-hour overnight crew schedule. You will manage 7–18 inspectors, supervise testing equipment, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or CS.
• Strong knowledge of quality processes and SPC/CTQ.
• Experience with SOPs and GD&T.
• Ability to supervise and communicate across teams.
• Experience with lithium-ion manufacturing is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manages floor operations for assigned quality labs.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance on the plant floor.
• Maintain safety/quality culture through audits and incident investigations.
• Coordinate quality inspection activities and train the team.
• Drive continuous improvement and analyze KPI data.
