Job summary

LG Energy Solution Arizona is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor II to lead nightly manufacturing operations at the Queen Creek facility. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency with hands-on leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in high-volume production and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with ability to work 12-hour nights and occasional weekend shifts. PPE and heavy-lifting are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a high-volume production environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work overnight on 12-hour shifts and weekend rotations.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and wear PPE for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of associates to meet production and quality objectives.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, punctuality, attendance, and performance standards.
• Manage timekeeping and payroll responsibilities.
• Drive safety and efficiency through audits and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with leadership, engineering and support teams to align with production schedules.
