Job summary
Worley is seeking a Night Shift Inspection Lead to oversee quality control across complex EPC projects. You will lead inspection programs, coordinate inspectors and quality professionals, and ensure compliance with customer specifications, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in quality control/QA, inspection, or construction operations.
- Experience leading EPC/EPCM or heavy industry projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality control activities to support project delivery.
- Manage quality personnel and assign resources.
- Develop and implement QC plans and inspection programs.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulations.
- Review quality performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to resolve issues.
