Job summary

Worley is seeking a Night Shift Inspection Lead to lead quality control activities across EPC projects. You will supervise inspectors and quality professionals, develop QC plans, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or related field required; equivalent combination accepted.
• Minimum 7+ years in quality control/assurance, inspection, construction, or industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and operational quality control activities to support delivery.
• Manage quality personnel and assigned project teams.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection programs.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues during project execution.
• Coordinate QC activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Review quality performance metrics and corrective actions.
• Provide technical leadership for inspection, testing, verification, and QA activities.
• Manage non-conformance reporting and corrective actions.
• Support supplier and contractor quality management to meet project requirements.
• Participate in project planning to integrate QC requirements.
• Conduct audits, reviews, and compliance evaluations.
• Identify process improvements to boost quality performance.
• Support project turnover with complete quality documentation.
• Collaborate with customers to address quality concerns and support objectives.
• Prepare quality reports and management recommendations.
• Promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor quality staff.
