Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist for third shift at our Lockbourne, OH location. The role focuses on establishing and publishing weekly inventory and quality audit schedules, coordinating with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate resources, and directing audit teams to ensure accurate counts and documentation.

The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communication, solid audit skills, and 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent audit skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Must be able to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Working knowledge of inventory quality control requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to allocate necessary resources.
• Directs the work of personnel on quality audits and inventories; provides analysis & statistics.
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping, documented in Excel.
• Identifies trends or causes requiring corrective action with supervisors/leads.
• Read and respond to emails in a timely fashion.
