Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Quality & Inventory Specialist for the third shift in Kentucky. You will establish weekly inventory and quality audit schedules, coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, and direct audit personnel to ensure accurate counts and reporting.

Responsibilities include documenting results in Excel, spotting trends for corrective action, and maintaining timely communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules
• Coordinates schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily for resources
• Directs personnel assigned to quality audits and inventory counts
• Provides daily written/electronic analysis and statistics
• Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, shipping; document results in Excel
• Identify trends or variances with supervisors for corrective action
• Read and respond to all emails promptly
