Job summary

Nesco Resource is hiring for an Inspector/Packer role at a manufacturing facility in Ashland, Ohio. You will inspect liquid-filled pouches for quality, verify labeling, and pack them for shipment in a hands-on position emphasizing accuracy and reliability.

Training starts on FIRST SHIFT with overtime potential after training. 3rd shift runs 11pm–7am at $19.50/hour, with full benefits through Nesco Resource.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of packaging processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines.
• Flexible to work different shifts, including weekends or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect liquid pouches for quality, checking for defects or leaks.
• Verify product labels and packaging information.
• Pack pouches into containers, following instructions.
• Seal and label products securely.
• Maintain a clean work area, following safety and GMP standards.
• Report defects or discrepancies to supervisors.
