Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is hiring an Inspector Packer for a 12-hour night shift (7pm–7am), with rotation every 6 weeks. The role involves removing cartons from the machine, inspecting, packing, and documenting QA checks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Starting wage is $23.09 per hour with automatic raises every 3 months during the first year and a $1/hour night-shift differential; top rate $26.47.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/technical aptitude required.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cartons coming off the production machine to ensure glue and form are correct.
• Pack products into cartons and seal per specs.
• Palletize finished cartons and perform light rework as needed.
• Document QA checks and production reporting; follow GMP and HACCP procedures.
