Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Packer Inspector for night shifts (6pm–6am) to support the production team. You will inspect products for defects and pack finished goods, ensuring correct configuration and efficient shipment preparation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to standard work instructions, and safe operation in a fast-paced warehouse. Starting pay is $18.50/hr with a $2.00 night differential, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment.
• Check for quality issues and contact the team lead with issues.
• Ensure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape, etc.).
• Keep station clean at all times.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
