Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a detail‑oriented Production Associate for our fast‑paced beverage facility in Minnesota. You will assemble kits, pre‑weigh ingredients, track inventory, and follow recipes to ensure product quality.

Work is with a 12‑hour day shift on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule. The role requires adherence to GMP and safety guidelines and offers comprehensive benefits and a team‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Strong mechanical background and ability to troubleshoot.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Pre-weigh Ingredients following specific recipes.
• Batches soft drinks and energy drinks.
• Maintains cleanliness of areas responsible for.
• Monitors activities in area of responsibility at all times during shift.
• Ensures that every detail and specification of each product is met.
• Is responsible to follow recipes and directions, “to the letter”
• Conducts physical counts on customer owned inventories
• Must learn and apply new processes and procedures in area of responsibility.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Lead.
• Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee Handbook.
• Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety.
