Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a meticulous QC Lab Technician for the third shift in the U.S. This role ensures products meet quality, safety, and ISO standards while driving continuous improvement in the QC environment.

Responsibilities include data entry, calibration, and collaboration with production to maintain efficient workflow; travel and heavy lifting are not emphasized. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in science or engineering or 3–5 years of QC lab experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organization and math skills; good verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• QC Lab and Process Management: maintain QC data, COAs, and calibration records.
• Data collection and analysis: present data to team and leaders; KPI support.
• Support root cause analysis for nonconforming products and process improvements.
• Coordinate with production to ensure smooth flow of quality products.
