Job summary

LATICRETE International in Hamlet, NC seeks a detail‑oriented Quality Control/Lab Technician for second shift. You will ensure products meet quality, safety and ISO standards, perform lab testing, and manage CofAs/COCs while supporting production and warehouse teams.

Requirements include a HS diploma (AS preferred), 3+ years QC lab experience, strong math and computer skills (MS Office, RFGen), and ability to lift up to 60 lb; forklift experience helpful.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in science or engineering or 3+ years of QC laboratory experience preferred.
• Able to communicate both verbal and written.
• Able to read and interpret directions and order details.

Responsibilities

• Ensure lab test results and CofAs are entered into the computer database (JDE) properly and timely.
• Update QC test status throughout the shift.
• Assist production personnel to maintain smooth production flow of quality products.
• Verify that incoming raw material CoAs/COCs and equipment calibration meet ISO 9001 traceability.
• Maintain cleaning and organization per 5S; send a daily QC shift report.
• Compare CofA against Master CofA to determine acceptance or rejection and enter data into the system.
• Perform general warehouse/production support tasks such as order fulfillment, inventory audits, and material handling.
