Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a QC Lab Technician for the third shift to ensure products meet quality and ISO requirements. The role emphasizes lab data entry, testing, calibration, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in science or engineering or 3–5 years QC lab experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. The position includes a 11PM–7:30AM schedule and a 15% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in science or engineering or 3–5 years of QC laboratory experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• QC Lab and Process Management: follow work instructions, calibrate instruments, record data.
• Data Collection and Data Analysis: input results, generate KPI reports, support root-cause analysis.
• Assist in QC workflow improvements and training of new staff.
• Ensure CoAs, MSDS, and calibration docs meet ISO 9001 standards.
