Job summary

Kelvion Sperry, OK, is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the night shift (5pm-3:30am, M-F) to oversee the Quality Control Department. You will supervise the on-floor inspection, review data, and help ensure product quality across production stages.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of QC supervision experience; ISO 9001 familiarity and NDT certification are preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Quality Control Supervisor.
• Experience with calibration of inspection and test equipment preferred.
• Experience in an ISO 9001 environment preferred.
• Non-Destructive Testing Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Control Department in all aspects including supervision, quality, maintenance and accountability.
• Test and inspect products at various stages of production and evaluate data to ensure quality.
• Train all quality inspectors.
• Create a positive team atmosphere within the department.
• Provide leadership by example to the departmental team and manage performance.
• Read and interpret Engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Operate the inspection and test equipment and, if needed, overhead/jib crane.
• Ensure safety standards and productivity metrics are met.
