Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a QC Supervisor for the night shift to oversee quality control operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires supervising QC staff, conducting inspections of materials, in-process production, and finished goods to meet specifications and regulatory guidelines.

The supervisor will lead investigations of any product quality issues, document corrective actions, and collaborate with production to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of quality control principles and food safety regulations.
• Experience with HACCP, GMPs and other food safety programs.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage QC staff and train team members.
• Proficient with MS Office and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train QC team to ensure adherence to QC processes.
• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Oversee sanitation, hygiene, and allergen control per guidelines.
• Maintain documentation of quality checks and corrective actions.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in internal and external audits and prep for inspections.
