Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections and control for all production steps, including mixing, wax, lacquer, sizing, conditioning, inspection, and slitting.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Support company-wide quality initiatives and monitor production efficiency via standardized testing.
• Identify potential issues through testing and work to improve overall quality.
• Communicate inspection and test results and recommend running parameter changes to Quality Supervisor/Managers.
