Bakerly in Easton, PA seeks a Quality Assurance Technician for the 3rd shift in a fast-paced baking environment. You will monitor CCPs, perform sampling, document results, and drive corrective actions to ensure food safety and quality.

Responsibilities include audits, investigations, and collaboration with production to maintain specifications. High school diploma and 1–3 years QA in food/bev manufacturing required; in-person, full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• The QA Technician plays a crucial role in the plant’s food safety and quality system.
• 1–3 years QA experience in a food/beverage/pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process controls (CCP, Allergen Control, Foreign Material Control, Labeling Requirements, Package Integrity, Product Specifications).
• Perform sampling for microbiological or chemical testing and analyze texture and shelf-life.
• Document and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain understanding of products, raw materials, and processes.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate records of specifications and test results.
