Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and BRC food safety standards.
• Ability to follow formulas, test procedures, and written instructions precisely.

• Perform bake tests per recipes and customer specifications.
• Evaluate finished products for appearance, texture, flavor, and volume.
• Conduct analytical testing (pH, moisture) and record results.
• Ensure GMP, SOP, BRC compliance and proper quality records.
