Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of QA lab experience or manufacturing experience.
• Associate degree in food science or related science preferred.
• Basic math skills and strong written/verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook for data handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and analyze product samples during and after production.
• Enter data into quality databases and escalate non-compliant products.
• Perform line inspections and environmental, ATP, or allergen swabbing.
• Maintain records and initiate holds for non-conforming products.
• Conduct metal detector investigations and packaging verifications.
