Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional technical training in Quality, Manufacturing, or Non-Destructive Testing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection or related industrial environment.
• Level II certification in Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT) or ability to obtain; MT/PT training hours must be completed prior to application.
• Proficiency with precision measuring/inspection equipment; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with SAP and/or quality management systems; strong written/verbal communication; ability to work independently in fast-paced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections using standard and specialty gauging equipment to verify CTQ requirements.
• Conduct Level II VT, MT, and PT inspections per procedures and standards.
• Review, validate, and approve manufacturing/quality documentation in OIL and SAP; manage quality records.
• Create, verify, process, and close quality notifications; document inspection results and nonconformances.
• Interpret drawings/blueprints and manufacturing instructions to support inspections and acceptance decisions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to address issues and support continuous improvement.
