Job summary

OGI Process Equipment is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to inspect and witness tests, ensuring compliance with codes and specifications in a manufacturing setting. The role requires attention to quality records and timely reporting, with frequent collaboration with production, engineering, and applications teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA within manufacturing, NDE Level 2 certs (MT, PT, Film), and proficiency with relevant codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated work experience in manufacturing QA.
• NDE level 2 certs. MT, PT & Film Interpretation.
• Experience with Section VIII Div.1 codes and familiar with D1.1, B31.1 & B31.3 and Section I codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, accept, or reject work in accordance with applicable codes and specs.
• Prepare reports and quality records; witness tests as required.
• Assist QA Manager to keep all inspection books up to date and communicate issues to management.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain knowledge of current codes and standards.
