ICL Group is seeking a Lab Technician to ensure quality, safety, and consistency of products through laboratory testing, documentation, and support for product release decisions. You will work with diverse samples and analytical equipment while following safety and food safety standards, with shift coverage as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelor’s in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or related field; and/or minimum 3 years' experience as a Laboratory Technician.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with analytical instrument software.
• Experience with SAP, LIMS, and instrument calibration.

Responsabilités

• Perform laboratory analyses per validated methods.
• Document and verify calibrations; monitor control charts.
• Communicate out-of-spec results to Quality Manager and plant.
• Read, follow, and uphold SOPs; complete chain of custody.
• Prepare certificates of analysis and ship samples as needed.
• Support ISO/FSSC/customer/regulatory audits.
