Continental Dairy Facilities, LLC in Coopersville, Michigan, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to perform analytical and microbiological evaluations of raw, pasteurized, and final products. The role ensures compliance with USDA, FDA, AOAC, GFSI, GMP, and safety regulations while supporting QA processes and lab operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a dairy-related science or equivalent experience in dairy lab testing.
• Must be able to acquire Certified Sampler license.
• Must be able to be licensed as Certified Industry Analyst per Pasteurized Milk Ordinance.

Responsibilities

• Operate laboratory testing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily quality audits on the plant floor.
• Prepare solutions and media for all tests and maintain proper records.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and ensure proper sample tracking.
• Communicate results to FSQA team in a timely and confidential manner.
• Assist in calibrations, troubleshooting and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Support in training new Quality Assurance personnel.
