Christian Living Communities is hiring a Full-Time Night Shift QMAP to support residents on Sunday through Tuesday. The role includes med administration oversight under supervision, daily care assistance, and coordination with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Medication certification required (QMAP-A/L, Med Tech or Med Aide)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• One year elder care experience preferred
• Strong self-management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal care needs promptly, assist with ADLs
• Provide personal care services (bathing, dressing, meals, laundry) with attention to resident needs
• Identify and report changes in resident status or health to supervisor
• Maintain open communication with supervisor and peers about resident issues
• Monitor safety and well-being of residents and document observations
• Administer medications per MAR and under RN/LPN supervision, document refusals and changes
