Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a QA Technician to safeguard safety and quality of our products. You will perform routine lab testing, monitor production, verify specifications, and collaborate with production teams to uphold standards of product excellence.

Responsibilities include evaluating moisture, weight, color, seal integrity, and code dates; documenting tests; conducting pre-operational equipment checks; sanitation verifications; and maintaining organized lab spaces

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Ability to pass a basic math skills assessment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to perform testing, collect data, and maintain quality documentation.
Ability to work independently while following established procedures and standards.
Ability to safely handle chemicals and follow laboratory safety procedures.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Perform routine laboratory testing and monitor production processes.
Verify compliance with specifications and document results.
Communicate quality concerns and out-of-spec results to QA and production teams.
Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment and sanitation verifications.
Maintain clean, organized lab areas and proper storage of supplies.
Adhere to safety, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures.
Support additional QA and operations activities; overtime and off-shift coverage as needed.
