Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Franklin, Wisconsin is hiring a QA/Production Technician to monitor the manufacturing process using sensory, statistical weight checks, and analytical methods to ensure product quality and conformance with specifications. You will document all testing and report any deviations.

Responsibilities include evaluating moisture, ingredient content, color, fill, and seal integrity; communicating non-conformances to supervisors; and supporting safety and hygiene practices on

Qualifications

• Monitors the production process and product by sensory, weight control, and analytical methods.
• Evaluates finished product for moisture, ingredient content, color, weights, seal integrity and quality.
• Performs and documents testing, including inspection of raw materials and finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Communicates out-of-compliance issues to production/QA teams.
• Follows safety, hygiene and safe lifting procedures in all activities.
• Implements and monitors SQF Food Safety and Food Quality Plans at frontline level.
• Coordinates disposition and/or rework with leadership approval.
• Maintains allergen records and conducts pre-op inspections of equipment.
