Responsibilities

• Takes temperatures and weights of products in process and records
• Performs QA testing on ingredients in the QA Lab
• Audits monitoring on the production floor for conformance to procedures
• Ensures HACCP and GMP guidelines are followed
• Compiles reports and files paperwork
