Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Twinsburg is seeking a Quality Assurance Sanitation Technician to sanitize equipment per QA standards and prevent contamination, including data entry in the LDMS. You’ll maintain water treatment equipment and support CIP on production lines.

The role requires basic microbial knowledge, Excel skills, adherence to GMP, and the ability to work a night shift (Sun- Thurs 10:30pm-7am) in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Basic microbial knowledge and aseptic techniques.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Manufacturing sanitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Food Manufacturing environment with flexible shifts.
• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs external and internal or CIP sanitation on production lines per QA policy.
• Ensures aseptic technique for microbial sampling and GMP compliance; maintains water treatment equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of chemical storage, CIP skids, and water treatment areas; assists in bulk chemical deliveries.
