Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising exempt and non-exempt associates in manufacturing.
• Experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line teams to meet quality, safety, and cost targets.
• Monitor production, quality, and maintenance outputs and report performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and coordinate equipment upkeep.
• Plan resources and resolve process interruptions to meet weekly goals.
• Train new employees on safe machinery use and standard work.
• Set and communicate daily/weekly/monthly objectives.
