Job summary

The Quality Assurance (QA) Technician at Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast conducts qualitative and quantitative tests of raw materials and finished goods to ensure product quality and safety.

The role requires flexibility with shifts (days, nights, weekends, OT) with a default Monday–Friday 6pm–2:30am schedule when not covering vacancies; strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in science related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in production / manufacturing or 2+ years of relevant lab technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods throughout all stages of the production process.
• Analyze syrup, water, and / or beverage attributes.
• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters and coders to insure proper operations.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits of packaging and isolate product that does not meet standards.
• Test CO2 and raw materials prior to production process.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness to prevent microbial contamination.
