Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Lab Technician - SFE Nights to collect data on quality attributes and grade products per QA procedures.

You will work with supervisors and operators on the Night Shift, documenting deviations, and maintaining a clean, compliant lab environment while supporting staffing for excellence.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and sanitation certification, with strong English communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Education/ Certifications: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Sanitation certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collects, delivers, and tests samples in accordance with plant procedures.
• Grades product in accordance with customer specifications and plant procedures.
• Reviews, and files accurate Quality Assurance Data.
• Identifies trends of quality attributes and communicates to operator and floor supervisory group.
• Audits production and packaging processes.
• Trains back-ups and new team members.
• Maintains a neat and clean work area at all times and exhibits good personal hygiene.
• Attends to other assigned duties of designated roles if QA Lab is fully staffed.
