Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Tech Process Qual Control Trainee - Nights to monitor product quality across production stages and perform data-driven quality assessments.

You will collect, analyze, and report results to maintain food safety standards and drive continuous improvement. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, adherence to specifications, and collaboration with production and QA teams to ensure consistent quality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; related training or experience welcome.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, procedures, and quality documentation in English.
• Accurately complete forms, maintain records, and enter data into computerized systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings in English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and statistical quality calculations.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and participate in safety programs.
• Perform QA functions across multiple workstations and production areas.
• Record and enter quality and production data into QA forms and systems.
• Monitor product quality and report deviations to personnel.
• Sample and evaluate products for attributes like length, color, and texture.
• Support sanitation, housekeeping, and weekend cleanup tasks.
• Prepare reports and charts for analysis and monitoring.
