Lamb Weston, Inc. is seeking a QA-focused team member to collect samples, grade product, and maintain QA data to help ensure world-class quality of our fries.

You will work with operators and supervisors in a fast-paced production setting, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to standards. The role includes training new staff, supporting process audits, and maintaining a clean work area while following safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluent or proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to perform basic math and data entry accurately.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Collects, delivers, and tests samples per plant procedures.
• Grads product according to customer specs and procedures.
• Reviews and files QA data accurately.
• Identifies quality attribute trends and reports to supervisors.
• Audits production and packaging processes.
• Trains back-ups and new team members.
