Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN specialized in Adult Psychiatry for Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This full/part-time night shift position (11:00pm-7:30am) offers 32 hours per week with rotating weekends and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualification requirements include IL nursing licensure, NLN-accredited nursing education, and BLS/CPR certification. Experience in adult psychiatry is preferred to support safe, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL is required.
Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
BLS/CPR certification required for Healthcare Provider.

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients on a specific unit.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
