Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking an RN for Adult Psychiatry on the Evanston Hospital unit. This role offers night shift coverage (11:00pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends and PT 32 hours per week, with pay range $36.00–$55.80 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications include IL nursing licensure, NLN-accredited nursing program, BLS/CPR certification, and preferred BSN and adult psychiatry experience. You will provide direct patient care and lead unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
BLS/CPR Certifications for the Healthcare Provider required.
Adult Psychiatry Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
