Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring an RN for adult psychiatry at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This PT (32 hours/week) night shift position offers a pay range reflecting expertise and experience, with weekends on rotation.

The role requires IL nursing licensure, NLN-accredited education, BLS/CPR certification, and preferred BSN. Responsibilities include independent patient care, care planning, guiding staff, and interprofessional collaboration to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
Education: Graduate of NLN-accredited school of nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
Certification: BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider required.
Experience: Adult Psychiatry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
