Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for adult psychiatry on the night shift at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This full-time/part-time role (32 hours/week) offers a night schedule with rotating weekends and requires IL nursing licensure and BSN preferred.

BLS/CPR certification is required, with adult psychiatry experience preferred. The RN will provide safe, compassionate care, utilize the nursing process, supervise unlicensed staff, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL is required.
• NLN accredited school of nursing is required; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with health-care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.
