Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for Adult Psychiatry to join the Evanston Hospital unit in Evanston, IL. This full/part-time role (32 hours/week) offers night shifts (11:00pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends and competitive hourly pay based on expertise.

Responsibilities include providing compassionate nursing care, planning and evaluating patient care, supervising staff, and collaborating with the health care team to ensure safe, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in IL is required.
• NLN-accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Adult Psychiatry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
