Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN - Adult Psychiatry at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This role is a 32-hour per week PT position with a night shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am, including rotating weekends. You will provide nursing care, apply the nursing process, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Candidates must have IL RN licensure, graduate from NLN-accredited school, BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification. Psychiatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• IL RN licensure required
• NLN accredited nursing school required
• BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider required
• Adult Psychiatry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
