MercyOne Dubuque is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Psychiatric Services department on the 3rd shift. The RN will provide safe, effective, culturally competent care for patients with acute medical and surgical needs, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and supervising licensed and assistive staff.

Formación

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license (state or compact) required.
• BLS required; ACLS required if telemetry is used.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts assessment and identifies problems to develop care plans.
• Manages telemetry and cardiac monitoring when applicable.
• Coordinates communication with physicians, patients and families.
• Maintains safety, infection control and quality standards.
