Qualifications

• 10 years of Manufacturing Experience.
• 5 years of Supervisory experience directly in Manufacturing Training.
• Must have working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Develop and audit training assignments, procedures, and curriculums.
• Translate verbal information into clearly written procedures.
• Manage multiple documentation projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with HR and other disciplines to develop skill versatility matrices with grading scales.
• Develop and drive metrics to meet production needs.
