Job summary

Altec Industries in Elizabethtown is seeking motivated individuals for a production role. You’ll install parts and components on trucks per specs with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Our training program equips you for success, and attendance and initiative are highly valued. Shift is Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (30‑minute lunch); training hours are first shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Read work orders to determine requirements and ensure quality workmanship.
• Read schematics and follow specifications for component installation.
• Use tape measures and hand tools to assemble parts per drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install parts and components on trucks per customer specifications.
• Read work orders and schematics to determine requirements and perform installations.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and quality policies during all tasks.
• Complete daily time records and necessary paperwork.
