Teva, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Production Team Lead to join the Cincinnati, OH packaging team. You will lead daily production activities, manage the shifts group of operators, and drive a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership on night shift (Nights M-Th 8pm-6:30am), familiarity with cGMP, and ability to partner with maintenance to optimize line performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer associates or technical degree.
• Requires a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a regulated industry.
• Pharmaceutical or other cGMP manufacturing facility experience required.
• Solid oral dosage packaging equipment knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• As a change agent, motivate, coach, and lead others to meet the production requirements of the shift.
• Performs production duties in area/line as designated by area supervision.
• Improve the plant’s performance including Delivery, Production Capacity, Operational Costs, and Quality.
• Lead root cause analysis (A3) of repetitive problems and investigate equipment failures.
• Work closely with maintenance to perform line improvements and repairs as necessary.
