Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a production/ manufacturing team member in Ohio. The role operates Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–12:30am and involves executing tasks, leading a team, measuring, packaging, labeling, and ensuring product quality and compliance.

Qualifications

1+ year in a factory, production, or manufacturing role with measurable goals.
Strong leadership and ability to mentor staff.
Detail-oriented with strict adherence to policies and procedures.
Able to measure, package and label products precisely.
Experience in fast-paced production environments.

Responsibilities

Execute tasks assigned by management.
Detect errors and communicate issues to Supervisors.
Measure, package and label products as directed.
Create PWOs and understand delivery schedules.
Prioritize tasks based on PWOs.
Lead and motivate the team.
Collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality.
Stage, exterior packaging, read reports.
Maintain a sanitary work environment.
Safely transport products from workspace to storage.
Ensure all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.
