Qualifications

• Solid packaging equipment knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities on the packaging line.
• Coach and motivate the shift team to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance for line improvements and repairs.
• Utilize CMMS to enter and complete work orders.
• Generate TPM and OEE metrics reports for packaging lines.
• Adhere to cGMP and Batch Record instructions.
