Wyldcanna in Oregon seeks a Production Support team member to join Operations. You will prepare and log ingredients, rotate stations, and perform QA/QC while upholding sanitation and safety standards. Night shift 2pm-11pm training is provided.

You will collaborate in a fast-paced environment, maintain documentation, assist with packaging, and support various site duties. Candidates should have at least 6 months in food production, proficiency with Excel, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 6 months of related experience in food production or kitchen environment; or equivalent training.
• Must understand kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
• Experience working with urgency in a team or independently.

Responsabilités

• Night shift schedule 2pm-11pm for training.
• Prepare and log ingredients quickly and accurately; rotate stations and operate all production equipment.
• Follow state guidelines for storage and handling of products.
• Maintain high QA/QC standards and sanitation/safety.
• Work well with others in high-pressure situations with urgency.
• Communicate effectively with various levels within the company.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen/work environment.
• Perform visual quality inspections and minimize waste.
• Assist with packaging responsibilities as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
