WinCup is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Stone Mountain, GA. You will oversee hourly production teams, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and work with maintenance to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires a manufacturing or related degree or equivalent experience, plus prior supervisory experience. You’ll manage ~25–35 staff, monitor performance metrics, and uphold GMP and company policies.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in diverse manufacturing-production functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and system data reporting applications.
• Ability to be flexible in working other shifts when necessary.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise hourly production team that includes leads, forklift driver and shift mechanic.
• Indirectly manage 25–35 hourly employees on foam cups, containers and/or straws.
• Complete quality, efficiency and production reports daily.
• Safely achieve production schedules and monitor equipment and processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment in proper working order.
• Ensure efficient material usage and minimize scrap to meet standards.
• Maintain records of attendance, accidents and overtime; input data into systems.
• Enforce safety, GMP, and housekeeping practices; follow OSHA/FDA regulations.
• Perform annual performance evaluations of direct reports and shifts.
