Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; in lieu of degree, 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
Leadership training preferred.
1-2 years of manufacturing experience required.
Responsibilities
Supervises and leads the day-to-day shift activities, including scheduling, material handling, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Drives safety, quality, and productivity goals while inspiring the team.
Upholds company policies and processes; promotes LEAN, 5S, Six Sigma programs.
Develops training plans with the department manager and training supervisor.
Manages daily pay period time records and resolves ADP time exceptions.
Oversees vacation coverage and participates in interview panels as needed.
Ensures performance meets customer requirements and stops any noncompliant processes.
