WinCup is seeking a Shift Lead in Stone Mountain, GA to support safe, efficient operation of foam cup and specialty departments. You will work under the Shift Supervisor, coach team members, and ensure adherence to GMP and safety standards while coordinating materials and production schedules.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and prior lead experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of packaging and quality processes.

Qualifikationen

• Lead experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of machinery, printing, packaging and quality processes.

Aufgaben

• Under the supervision of the shift supervisor, monitor the production and specialty floors to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance; report near misses or safety concerns immediately.
• Verify material supplies at shift start and coordinate with Materials Handlers for needs.
• Oversee quality checks and correct sleeve counts, boxes, and labels per schedule.
• Ensure breaks are taken as scheduled and document deviations for the supervisor.
• Coach and mentor team members; train new and temporary workers per training manual.
• Follow Standard Work and be able to run the shift in the supervisor's absence.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation on the production floor.
• Communicate production, quality, and equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in resource planning for packing areas and overtime requests.
